Cancellation/Refund Policy

BIC Showcases Cancellation/Refund Policy Guidelines:

• Any BIC Showcase CAMPS, CLINICS or tournament entry are NON-REFUNDABLE (however deposits may be applied to a future event)

TOURNAMENT CANCELLATION POLICY:

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED, CREDITS ONLY!

Teams withdrawing from an event prior to the release of the schedule will not receive their deposit.  The balance of the tournament fee will be issued as a credit to a future event.  Credits must be used within 6 months of event.

Teams not local to the events have the option to secure their hotel reservations through GroupHousing.net.

Weather Policy:

If one complete game is played (4.5 or 5 innings) teams are not eligible to receive a credit.

If less than one full game is played, teams will receive a half credit to a future event to be used within 6 month of tournament start date.
